eventbrite.ca/# I am excited that Jason Lee Norman asked me to be part of this (and excited that my story "Sirens" will be part of his 40 Below collection this November). Should be a fun night. I am reading with Michael Hingston and Thomas Trofimuk. Come out and support the local #YEG literary scene. March 2013: Jessica Kluthe has published Rosina, A Midwife. Jessica's memoir is out and it is fantastic. It is enjoying multiple weeks on the Edmonton bestseller list published by The Edmonton Journal. Find it, read it, and prepare to be moved. Jessica and I will be reading together this fall -- more details to come soon. Welcome to my websiteMy name is Diana Davidson. I am a writer living in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I am a writer, reader, teacher, library-lover, and mother. In both my fiction and creative nonfiction, I write mostly about women in the north.
My writing has been long listed for the CBC Writes Creative Nonfiction Prize (2012) and has been awarded the Jon Whyte Memorial Essay Prize by the Writers Guild of Alberta (2010).
